THE FATHER CANINE
I see no track, no sign of my pack.
Lost in my surroundings, slowly fading.
Blur, I fight the temperature.
Driven by only hope, chasing for safety.
Once in my lifetime, I long to live.
Closing its curtains.
The night felt so wrong.
No sun, no warmness comes.
The sky knows only black.
The color I refuse to come back.
My elegy, I'm always trapped by irony.
Past is gone, but "now" itself crumbling.
I live in nowhere but the void of self-aware.
As I see nobody, I befriended the entropy.
Chance is the cost I can't pay.
But I want to sustain the pain.
Bloom in honor of the second defeat.
